These terms explain the marketplace’s current shopping and seller responsibilities. Read the selling brand’s policies alongside them.
Our marketplace
LiliPick connects shoppers with independent Egyptian brands. Brands own and manage their listings, prices, product details, inventory and fulfillment. Platform approval is separate from a Verified badge.
Your account
Provide accurate contact and delivery information, keep your sign-in details private and use the marketplace responsibly. Do not submit misleading reviews or content that violates others’ rights.
Orders and payment
Orders depend on stock and delivery coverage. Review items, options and the total before placing an order. Customer payment is cash on delivery, and orders containing multiple brands are fulfilled separately.
Delivery and returns
Each seller handles delivery and its own shipping, returns and exchanges policy. Check those policies before purchase. LiliPick does not state a universal delivery time, return window or refund promise.
Reviews and moderation
Product reviews are linked to eligible purchases. Reviews and listings may be reported and moderated. Sellers remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content they publish.
