Here is how information is used for accounts, shopping and seller operations on the marketplace.
Information you provide
Account information can include your name, email, phone number and profile photo. Orders use your delivery contact details, governorate and address. Saved items, order history, reviews and seller application details are also stored when you use those features.
Why we use it
Information supports sign-in, account settings, saved favourites, placing and tracking orders, notifications, seller applications and marketplace moderation. Platform activity also supports seller performance reporting.
Information sellers receive
A seller can access information connected to orders for its own brand, including delivery details needed to fulfill those orders. Sellers do not receive a global customer directory. Public storefront visitors do not see private customer records.
Public information
Published product reviews and approved brand storefront information can be visible to other visitors. Avoid including private contact or delivery information in a public review.
Browser storage and services
The site uses browser storage for sign-in and preferences such as saved guest items and governorate selection. Lovable Cloud supports account, order and file storage; choosing Google sign-in also involves Google.
Managing your information
Update available profile details in account Settings and manage your saved items from your account. For privacy questions or requests beyond those controls, contact LiliPick through its official social pages. This notice does not promise a retention period or an automated deletion process.
